Jonathan Barney
Lead Pastor
Originally a native of the San Francisco area, Jonathan enjoys hanging out in coffee shops, reading, bonfires, and spending quality time with friends and family. Chelsea and Jonathan have four children aged 4 to 11 years old. They love going on family walks and playing outside with the kids and card games. Jonathan serves APF as Lead Pastor and elder.
Jonathan's greatest desire is to see people’s lives saturated and transformed by the gospel. He worked in youth ministry for almost a decade in various capacities including as youth and young adult pastor, Youth For Christ director and a teacher at a Christian school. In 2020, he and his wife, Chelsea, pursued the call to plant All Peoples Church in Glendale Heights, a church-poor and diverse community.

Michael Jeter
Elder
Mike enjoys bike riding, hunting, fishing and, most of all, sightseeing. For Mike, time spent with family and friends is precious.
Joshua Jeter
Assistant Pastor
Joshua has lived in the West Chicago area his entire lifetime and has a passion for his community. Joshua serves as an elder and part-time Assistant Pastor. He has been serving at the church since April of 2021. Prior to his position Joshua worked in Youth Ministry for around 10 years. Joshua enjoys studying the Bible and and seeing peoples lives transformed by the Holy Spirit.
Joshua works in retail at a local grocery store and uses it as his mission ground for the Lord. Joshua has a passion for serving in the Lord over seas name namely Uganda. Joshua also enjoys watching sports. His favorite teams are the New York Yankees and Manchester United.

Mike and Jennifer Jacobsen
Directors of Children's Ministry
Mike and Jennifer Jacobsen have been a part of the church since 2018. They have been serving as Directors for the Children's Ministry since 2020. Mike and Jennifer Married in 2019 and have two precious sons, Levi and Caleb. Jennifer is originally from California and moved to Illinois in 2008 for graduate school. Jennifer has her doctorate (Psy.D) in psychology, works as an emergency service counselor, and has over 15 years of experience working with children in both the ministry and professional setting. Mike works as a fabricator and has over four years of experience working with children in ministry.
Mike and Jennifer are dedicated to serving children and the Lord with the goal and hope of providing a safe, loving, and supportive environment for Children to learn about Jesus and grow in their Faith. In their free time, Mike enjoys blacksmithing and Jennifer enjoys oil and water painting.
