Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me..."

Matthew 19:14

The phrase “It takes a village to raise a child” means that an entire community of people must provide for and interact positively with children for those children to experience and grow in a safe and healthy environment. At All Peoples Fellowship, our children’s ministry seeks to be a part of that village. We seek to support families, support parents, as they raise disciples of Christ. Sunday morning should not be the only day children learn about God, scripture or what it means to be a Christian. Our goal as a ministry is to teach children about Christ and what it means to follow him; However, our involvement in the lives of the children we serve is generally confined to one or two days a week, so we seek not only to teach children on Sunday mornings, but to support and equip parents to cultivate the seeds of faith planted in their children throughout the week.

Each Sunday, children will be taught biblical truths to assist them in viewing their purpose and their life experiences from a biblical worldview. Children will have the opportunity to engage with other young Christians, learn to encourage each other,  know that they are not alone in their faith, and understand the importance of the church/body of Christ (1 Thessalonians 5:11, Hebrews 10:25, Matthew 18:20, Colossians 3:16).

However, when Sunday ends, their faith journey does not. So we are here to partner with you as you walk along side your child and support their faith journey as they develop into disciples of Christ who, with a servant’s heart and the love of Christ, heed the commission to go and make disciples of all nations.
